Processing Time
- All in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and fulfillment.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
Big Boss Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
